The inn is right next to the Alz and is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The food always tastes very good and the quality is 100% convincing. The host is very friendly and you are well served. The "Oizwasser" is very good !!

If you have the time, you can enjoy a great beer garden with great food.

A wonderful place to take a break. Idyllic beer garden. You can hardly find anything so original anymore. Very well-kept. The food (Matjes and the cheese dumplings were excellent.) The service was super friendly despite our special requests. All in all, everything is very inviting ... and the place in the wild nature, not far from the alz; is unique. A real insider tip ...

We went there yesterday because we wanted to test the reviews already given, first of all the inn is really nice on the Alz the beer garden is under trees on an adjacent corn field. For the meal we had to wait at least 20 minutes for a waitress, then another 10 minutes for the drinks from the pork grill plates was very clear and not worth the money to be, no thanks.

Highlight on our bike tour along the Alz. We came from the other side and were translated by ferry. When the sun was shining, the small tables under the trees invited you to a delicious cyclist. We didn't eat anything, but it looked very appetizing. On our next visit, we would take the rubber dinghy from Seebruck.

Outstanding! We celebrated our wedding at Roiter, it was a wonderful garden party in the middle of nature with a tent that was lovingly decorated. The catering was just fantastic, starting with the standing reception with the delicious self-made Oizwasser and appetizers, a heavenly cake buffet, three-course menu and a midnight snack. Price was absolutely reasonable! The very friendly staff really went out of their way, was helpful beyond the normal level - before, during and after the party! Very idyllically situated between the forest, meadows and Alz. Craftsmanship, honest cuisine with local ingredients. Sympathetic staff, you also forgive, if it takes a few minutes longer. After all, good food takes some time and we did not come here, because we are in a hurry, but want to relax in the green and relax. A wonderful stopover on a bike tour on the Alz, or just a place to be happy.

The food was good but nothing special. It's a little pricey for what you get. The service was good and friendly which makes up for the average food. For the location I can't really decide if I liked it or not. The river Alz is very nearby, so you could go for a swim or, if the water is high enough, take the ferry. The "Biergarten" was nice and quiet but a little boring, since it was in the middle of nowhere and there was nothing to look at, no scenery etc.. It still was a pleasant experience. The restaurant uses very local and good ingredients which explains the high price.
